Pricing is agreed individually based on your use case and call volume. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out in your order or agreement with us. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual property

Cambrix retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all underlying technology and software. You retain ownership of your own data and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during the term of your agreement.

6. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, the terms of a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) apply.

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only for the purposes of the agreement between us.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cambrix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with its terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we will handle any remaining data in line with our Privacy Policy and your agreement.
